Tommy Thompson Trail

The Tommy Thompson Trail is an ADA accessible pedestrian/bicycle paved trail. It follows the former Burlington-Northern Santa Fe Railroad from downtown Anacortes, southeasterly from 11th Street, past trailhead parking and restrooms at 22nd Street. The trail continues southeasterly through the marine industrial area, along the shoreline and out the causeway past Weaverling Spit. Additional parking will be available at the Fidalgo Bay RV Resort when the Samish complete their community center and parking lot remodel.
 

 

Use of electric scooters, wheelchair, etc. is approved. Restrooms at 22nd Street are handicapped accessible.
